My name is Sherrie and I would like to explain a little about newborning,
Each newborn doll created by me has been painted with several layers using Genesis heat set paints creating a realaistic skin tone including veining darking of creases,and mottling which brings the baby to life.
This high quality paint is guaranteed to not rub off or fade .
My newborn dolls are all weighted using tiny glass beads and soft poly-fil. This combination will give you the feel and weight of a real living newborn infant. The head is weighted in the same way therefore you will have to support it.
The hair on my newborns are micro-rooted 1-2 hairs at a time using premiun mohair and a 42g felting needle.The hair is then sealed from the inside which lets you comb ,wash,and style you new baby's hair.
My newborns have rooted eyelashes for sleeping babies and very realistic looking eyelashes glued to the open-eyed styled babies. I use eyes of the highest quality to give that true life baby look.
All my newborn dolls are collector's items to be cherished for years to come. Newborns are not toys to play with and shouldn't be given to young children.
